After the payment has been processed, all orders are carefully packed and processed. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-5 days after you receive a confirmation e-mail. Orders received during weekends and local holidays are processed on the first working day. For items that are not available (Pre-order), delivery is within 4-7 business days.
We ship internationally. All orders are shipped with SPEEDY/DPD & their partners with a tracking number.

Delivery times are estimated and are subject to change depending on the local and international carriers, for which we cannot take responsibility. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order and resolving any problems that might occur as best as we can. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number you can keep an eye on the package and refer to it with your local post office if there is any problem or delays.
Orders are sent from Bulgaria (EU) and might be subject to local custom duties and/or taxes depending on your location and the law of your country. These taxes are not included in the final price of the product and we do not take responsibility for the cost of these charges. The product prices shown at our website are final and includes VAT. It does not include possible custom taxes and shipping costs.

You can make your purchase with credit or debit card.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused, undamaged, not worn, in their original packaging (with all labels attached) products within 14 days. After receiving the items, you can notify us with your wish to return no later than 14 days. Once we receive the returned item BIMINI will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). We do not guarantee full refund for damaged products.

Shipping for returns will be charged.
Upon receiving the returned items, we will process all refunds 7-10 working days. The full amount you paid for your order will be refunded except for the delivery costs, which are responsibility of the client.
Until the items reach us we are not accountable for them. We cannot refund items that have been lost or arrived damaged. The returned item (product) should be packed in its original package and should be in immaculate state (including – not used, not washed, with all internal and attached labels in place). Returned items must be delivered to us in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Discounted items are not eligible for return.
